Building the Kapiti Coast with Quality Craftsmanship

“The team at Skill Built, and all the subcontractors, have completed my bathroom renovation to a high standard of workmanship. The price was fair and excellent communication throughout the process made for a stress-free experience. I am very happy with my new bathroom and would not hesitate to engage Skill Built and their team on future projects.”

“Byrin and his apprentice were fantastic. Responded very quickly to our request for assistance and were extremely efficient and careful in their work. Very pleased with the end result.”

“Can't recommend this team highly enough! Skill Built came quickly when we had indoor water features from a weather event. From the builders to the painters and sparkies, every single person who came through was polite, professional, and genuinely great to have around. Even with no one supervising them it says a lot about how well the business is run that the standards stayed so high the 3 weeks of work on our house. Will absolutely be using them again for future work. Thank you to the whole crew!”

“Byrin and his team were absolutely amazing. I employed them to do a a garage conversion to a room with a bathroom and I could not be happier. The work is beautifully finished and they worked within my timeline and budget. The guys kept the work area spotless and took away all their rubbish. Highly recommend them and would have them do work again.”

“Absolutely outstanding workmanship and communication. The team were friendly and hard-working. We are really pleased with the result - incredible attention to cleaning up afterward too. Highly recommended.”
